Palazzo del Mar is the perfect place for a family holiday. The children can enjoy the beach, while the adults read a book in the library or relax on the balcony or terrace. Meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and eaten indoors in the beautiful dining room overlooking the sea, or in one of the outdoor areas. In the evening, guests can watch a DVD in the living room -- select one of ours, or bring your own. The rental area of Palazzo del Mar is comprised of the first two stories of a three-story building, approximately 3200 square feet (300 square meters). There are two vaulted ceiling bedroom suites on the ground floor: the Blue Suite contains two queen-bedded bedrooms with a bathroom in between; the Red Suite has one queen-bedded bedroom, a bathroom, a bedroom-sitting room with two folding single beds and a baby crib, and a private garden. There is also, on the middle floor, a full-size convertible sofa in one of the living rooms, and a single folding bed in the library. The middle floor includes the gourmet kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, a library, laundry, one full bath and one half-bath -- plus a large balcony facing the sea and trabocco, a very large rear terrace leading to an orchard with seasonal fruits (available to guests), and smaller balconies. There is a large garage. Wireless internet is provided, as well as beach towels, folding chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. |
